Cooking with Royal Swiss

Cooking at a high temperature does not significantly reduce the preparation time and
certainly does not contribute to the quality of the food. We therefore strongly recommend cooking at medium
temperatures. In addition, cooking at high temperatures can damage the non-stick coating. For optimal life of the non-stick coating, we recommend using a small amount of oil when stir-frying or grilling. No oil is needed for cooking or stewing. In addition, it is important to ensure that the pan does not get too hot and that it is not scratched, especially by using metal kitchen utensils (spatulas, spoons) and/or by cleaning with a scouring sponge.
Allow pans to cool to room temperature before washing.

 Use wooden and plastic kitchen utensils.
 Never cut food directly in the pan.
 Do not scratch the non-stick coating.
 Make sure that pans do not boil dry and do not leave empty pans on the fire.
 When cooking electrically, always choose a hob of the right size and when cooking on gas, adjust the
burner so that the fire only reaches the bottom of the pan and not goes up along the sides
.
 Never walk away from the stove while cooking.
 NEVER use pans in a microwave.
